And that is exactly my point.

Ultimately, it is the DRIVER's responsibility to not go over hours. And if he is repeatedly given loads that will jeopardize it, he should have the right to refuse it withOUT repercussion - especially if a company claims no forced dispatch.

Going back to playing the seniority card, ey?

Here you are again, with circular logic that doesn't prove anything to an objective observer.

I don't if a guy with a zillion posts flames me. If he makes ad hominem attacks while ignoring anything that shows he just might be mistaken - that is a troll.

So answer the question I posed in post 213.

And lol at the multiple postings jab. From a guy doing the EXACT same thing. Keep trying to shout me down. It's amusing to see a grown man resort to emoticons to try and win a debate.

You called a longtime member a troll. I'm not going back to read #213. I don't care. I care you called a veteran member a troll.

    Again, you lose more credibility.

The purpose of a forum is the have discussions and debates. Seniority comes a far second to objectivity.

So if a senior member just cherry picks the parts of what I stated to make blanket attacks, that is a troll. And your defense of such actions speaks loud and clear.

And the fact that you won't look at the question on 213 just shows an unwillingness to look at all the facts presented.

Is that all you can do at this point...? You went from shooting blanks to not even aiming straight.

You're so good at the internet game, scroll to that page and find it.
