Skyview Farms continued harassment

I would have walked as soon as the guy Koby gave out the threat.
Not a good way to start anywhere.

type in Skyview Farms (search) and read our posts from 2008 under Antap2... There is a multitude of S.F. history in there - you may be able to check back with some of those drivers. Skyview needs to be SHUT DOWN by the Feds. I just looked at the Truckers Report to see what these evil people were doing and I'll be ###### -- they are STILL up to no good. I can only wish us better than I wish them, they stole a real chunk of our lives...

 

Here is where you can check out the SAFER score for this company. Not exactly respectable but I have seen MUCH worse.

http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/ Then scroll down where it says company snapshot and type in DOT # 288779 Then once you get in look to the upper right. You will see a blue box. Click SMS results and this will bring up all of the violations this company has in the past 2 years.

I recommend that EVERY driver does this before going to a company. Save the link for future use. All you have to do when considering a company is ask them what their DOT number is and enter it in there. If you see "warning triangles" in the basic categories, then the company is not well managed. If that is the case, most likely you will want to stay away from them.....I hope this helps everyone!

Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I am working with SKYVIEW FARMS, just like to let everyone know that in my 20 yrs experience this is by far the best group of people I have ever work with., By the way I'm an O/O but I have a few other friends that are working for and with SKYVIEW, lease operators and drivers, we are extremely happy to be part of a wonderful team, That said I have no idea why a few drivers are posting negative things about SKYVIEW, the only advice I will let everyone know is simple., look at their equipment trucks and hoppers are all in great conditions. They always have loads and if you sit I guarantee its because of you not them, some people are more picky than others, sometimes it's up to the driver if you need to deadhead or take a cheaper load to get you a better one thats up to you, and if Skyview is as bad company as some of you are saying., how can they have drivers working under Skyview for the past 10+ years, the company has been in business for over 40+ years and they are still going strong. How can they be a bad company? Skyview is a family owned business and they certainly will treat you like family.
