Ferret handles all the money and holds sway on how "OUR" points are spent...I want coffee and ice for the chest; Ferret demands Cinnabon and sweet ice tea...worried Ferret may be developing IDDM...as for your request, Ferret says "No ###### way" and because I broached the subject I now have to go out and get Ferret a pound cake to settle things down. This must be what driving teams is like...or having an intrusive "life partner". :biggrin_25514:

In Portland because On-guard has gone red screen; might get an upgrade to the latest rendition but I would still rather just kiss it good bye. Like e-logs the On-guard system is here to stay and soon all new trucks will have some version as standard equipment; how long before back-up cams and dash cams are mandatory? There is no regulatory discussion suggesting in cab cams for monitoring drivers regardless of what the conspiracy crowd may suggest; the idea is to monitor forward as protection against unwarranted lawsuits and to stop poor driving practices. The fleets want the former and the government desires the later. Judging by some of the parking practices along the inter-state, at rest areas and of course in the fire lanes at truck stops one could suggest we only have ourselves to blame.

To the Haney driver who fueled and then pulled forward and closed his curtains causing me and others to slalom out of a messed up TA I can only wish you to encounter a DOT inspector who is having a very bad day...Total d-weed move!:biggrin_25510:

breakdown pay is the same as layover pay @ $65 per day. Breakdown can include being put up in a hotel.
