From Day One - Abilene Motor Express (Richmond, Wytheville, VA)

scooterdawg, i hope they do call me and say YES come on over I can now but will not get be home for 3 weeks........

 

I finally got to meet John in person. I was beginning to think he was only a. Myth. But I found out last night hes a real life person. Great to finally meet you in person. Only took us 5 months.

 

John speaking of purdue I get the plant with about 80 minutes spare to del ontime. I go to get paperwork lady tells me trl 118 don't remember the last few numbers. I'm like mam our refers only 4 digits and starts with a 5 come to find out they loaded my load on one of their trls so now I'm waiting for an Abilene trl to get cold enough to swith load from their trl to ours. Needless to say will not make 10 am del time and what really makes me upset the rec customer will look at me and Abilene when we had nothing to do with them loading the wrong trl. Then I'm sure I will just sit there waiting to get worked in after I miss my appt.

 

I got to customer at 1110 and they had me in door at 1215 not bad at all. Sure hate being up here in the north east on friday and all that construction on the turnpike.
