Well that is great they will give you xx amount for fuel surcharge, but if you getting a new truck it will have that thing called def that you will need to fill, well guess what you can just kiss that fuel surcharge goodbye as you will be using it for def. just food for thought

 

if you are burning up your fuel surcharge in def you need to quit buying those expensive boxes they sale at the trucjstops and try out the way cheaper stuff at the pumps

 

I don't use def I have a 2007 thank you very much, but I do and have known others that use def, and yes they buy at the pumps but they fuel surcharge money goes towards def as nobody pays or gives a surcharge on def....which would have to be either an added cost or a subtraction in the fuel surcharge one would be getting. And if one is trying to plan things out on a lease, forgetting something especially like def to be considered in ones projections could mean the difference if one gets a check or winds up in the hole weekly.


def is an added $200 plus a month out of ones pocket

 

Costs me about 30 bucks a week in def hardly enough to put anyone in the hole would be nice if I could get that 30 bucks out of a customer though

 

.32 a mile? No frigging way.

 

$30 x 52 weeks = 1260 per year x 40 years with inflation = $103,207.12

 

Far be it from me to stick my nose in where it don't belong, but in this whole debacle, er debate, the name of this company that will lease you a 2015 International Lonestar for .25 cpm has not been mentioned. I see many ads where they will lease you a 2007 International Prostar or a Freightliner Cascadia for around .25 cpm, but a new Lonestar? Please tell me the name of this company giving this wonderful opportunity.
