Same here. I tried making sushi once, but I undercooked it.

 

Personally i think moose is an aquired taste.. much like bear, antelope, goose, duck, okra, lima and garbonzo beans

 

Duck and fried okra aren't bad. Lima beans are just bland, they can be doctored up a bit.

I could swear we had something on here possibly a year or more ago, about a moose attacking a big truck, after the driver blew his air horn. I can't seem to find it here, nor on Google. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

 

Is it really that boring up in Connecticut they cover a Moose that got hit by a Truck?

I know prolly doesn't happen a lot up there..but still...

 

If God did not intend for us to eat animals then why did he make them out of meat ?

 

Here in MD a horse ran across a road, jumped over the passing car hood and kicked back and killed the woman in the front passenger seat. A real freak accident.
