I've had three different Prime drives in different parts of the country tell me what a PITA it is to get reefer fuel paid for when the last driver left it on quarter tank, and one of them said he gave up trying because it's such a headache to deal with all the time
Don't know about these guys you been talkin to, but when we get reefer fuel the QC beeps and asks you if its the first time you fueled this trailer. If it is, you do actually have to type a Y in the little box to charge it back. I guess that could be a problem for some. A lot of times the reefer fuel surcharge will be more than the cost on a load. Sometimes you gotta spend money to make the good money. If you're not willing to do that, you're better off on one of them crappy mileage contracts trying to get 3000 mi a week and wearing your truck out.
Thinking of going to prime few questions

I'm doing quite well as a L/O, but it isn't exactly as easy as turning a wheel like company driving is. It's not for everybody, certainly.

So is IP on a vacation or is it permanent ..?

What the heck did he do to get banned?
-
Him and ol Stile must have got in to it. He's gone too. Sure gonna be quiet up in here.

Moderators the user Stile has seemed to frequent the prime forum lately he has discredited our equipment, lease contracts, and the way we operate our equipment along with stating untrue info about prime. Being a training company the prime forum is highly used by new drivers eager to start their new careers and looking for little more info on our company before deciding to come work for us. This forum provides them with likely THE BEST place that they get that info. This forum is very likely where they get their first impression of prime and of how we are perceived in the industry by other s. At times i am certain that new drivers really do make their employment decisions based on the info that they receive on TTR. It is for that reason that users like myself, ironpony, and others that work for prime feel that our company absolutely deserves to be represented FAIRLY and accurately as we have had positive employment experiences with prime. Ironpony has been assisting news drivers with any questions they may have for years providing them with info which i have found to be credible and accurate in that time he has made every effort to keep the info in the prime credible and accurate. It is because of the years that ironpony has spent in this forum aiding new drivers make an employment decision that he has earned a high level of my and many other users respect and gratitude. I would ask you consider this information when deciding ironpony's ban will or will not be permanent, thank you.

TTR is not going to tolerate all the arguing and negativity that goes on in these forums. We're here so drivers can help each other, not get into a boxing match. IP can return in a couple weeks. Stiles and his numerous aliases is a different story.
