Considering Schnieder Bulk

Well I'm considering Schneider Bulk/Tanker out of St Louis, MO or Houston, TX I have family in both towns I move in with since there are not any openings out her in Calif where I am now.

 

A little bit of quick unprofessional investment advice. The market will crash once interest rates are increased and other types of investment assets will reap a decent roi. The reason the stock market is shooting up so much is because there are no viable alternatives to invest in right now. Last year with about $25000 in my savings account I made about $1 interest lol. Once bonds, CDs, money markets actually start provide some return watch the stock market bubble burst

Hah, yep! hurry and sell yer house for crazy cash, then use the profit to buy it back in cash -- at the foreclosure auction in 2010. Man, years of sweat equity and making payments and I still don't think I'm right side up yet lol
