All new driver are given a 2 hour orientation in which all the guidelines and requirements are discussed at length. You also sign a contract as to the repayment program. This is the law to have repayment agreement signed, so it is a legal contract and enforceable. Then you get on this forum and lie about the facts. You signed the contract and it is simply enforced. We honor our word and so should you!

 

ONLY 2 HRS OF ORIENTATION?!? I hope this company shrivels up and goes away before they kill someone.

Really? in 2 Hours these things are discussed in length? WOW! Must be fast talkers or don't have much to say! Including sliding a piece of paper over to the new driver stating if you leave we will SCREW you, this isn't right. Like someone else said, I hope you shrivel up and blow away in the Crude Oil fields before someone gets hurt in this world by your STUPID policies and procedures.

 

How do u find a company that. Is not listed in yellow pages google or even on the internet? When I look at trucking companies in monahan tx. Kickin a is not even listed. Its supposed to be a bigger operation. Does any body have a phone number or address? Thanks.

 

Tinkerbell, did you read these post, why would you want to work for a company like this? They seem to be under the bottom feeders in this industry.
