Percentage paying truck companies for team recent grads

I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find one
more than willing to steal you're money by paying you
on percentage,since you will have absolutely no idea
what the load pays besides what they tell you.

an old friend of mine who owns a trucking company
told me that's the easiest way to rip of drivers.

 

Percentage can make or break you. I did good on percentage, and I knew what the load was paying, since it all actually went through me, then I forwarded it to the boss man if it seemed intriguing.
If you get good paying loads and keep the deadhead down, it can pay. If you do it for someone hauling cheap freight and/or running a lot of deadhead miles, you'll find yourself #### out, real quick.
