    Maybe because Budweiser or Amalgamated Sugar said they wouldn't load him until the trailer was completely free of "all loose debris", floors and side walls, and he could not return to facility until it was so. The next rain will take care of the dirt and dust, but I agree the bigger trash needs to be put in a trash can.

    It's a cultural thing!
    I like the drivers that park on the back row and dump 20 - 50 pallets on the ground. I load them in my trailer and sell them for $3 - $5 each.
