Werner Trainer Craps Himself

Had Werner recruiter in class today. It all sounds too good to be true. One thing that bothered me was , 2days of orientation and then right to the truck for6weeks with trainer. And you can become trainer after only one year there. I'd like someone with more time then that. Other then those things whats everyone's beef with them? I don't have time to read through all these pages. And that thread started 6 years ago. Oh and the post that started this was the funniest thing I've ever read.

 

Heard so done say something about cameras in cab. Do they have this? Why ? Why don't you like it?

That's a major issue with this industry now, drivers with a year or less are training yet they haven't a clue what they themselves are doing. It gets worse by the day.

 

HEY NOW! There are a ton of guys with a year or two experience, on this very forum, who know everything there is to know!
