Stud shouldn't be that tight. If you get scared and can't get it out clean the stud up as much as you can and use black silicon around the stud. I wouldn't fill the hole with it then install stud. Stud first then silicon. I even used a small o ring on the stud and silicon. Easy fix. There is no way dried silicon will ever get out of the oil pan if the screen is where it's suppose to be on the suction tube.
AlexCarHauler Thanks this. -
it's what i do yesterday, but not sure if that be hold oil. i'm was think about pus some washer over for hold silicon, but is not good idea, fan will be mounted incorect .

Try the Oring idea. A size or 2 smaller than the stud will stretch and will be small enough to not interfere with the fan hub
-
Thanks, will try

Don't forget the black silicon. That is the secret
