    Knoxville-ish, TN;

    Finally, after a month of scraping up loads from the bottom of the barrel, I finally got a long trip. I thought I was trapped in a NC-PA-NY loop for a while.

    I had just come off of home time in Seattle, WA when they called me and asked if I would BT to troutdale and rescue a load from another driver who had fallen out of the trailer and broke his wrist. He was trying to get to his doctor in WA state someplace but couldn't make the delivery and the doctor at the same time. Then from there they had me deadhead to Tracy.

    On another fun note, the Flying J here in Lodi, CA had some excitement with a fire on the freeway heading right towards the place. Wish I had the stuff for s'mores :)

    It's within the realm of possibility for a solo truck, even a Prime solo company truck to make that run on time...

    2350 miles at 55 MPH is about 43 hours, which can be run legally in 4 11 hour shifts.

    You would need to take three 10 hour breaks, and four 30 minute breaks adding 32 hours to the run time.

    If you're able to smartly plan your fuel and post trips, you can probably get those in in no more than 2 extra hours.

    That brings you to 77 hours, or 3 days and 5 hours. I'm not sure of the exact appointment times at the delivery, but if it's after 1600PDT on Monday, it wouldn't be impossible, even at 55.

    EDIT: Now that I think about it, if you wanted to run it doing 2/8 split breaks, you could avoid the need for taking separate 30 minute breaks, allowing you to possibly make an appointment before 1400PDT on Monday.

    The appointment time is for 0800 in Franklin, IN. And yes if the Appointment time was later in the day like you said it could be done.

    Thanks for the help.
