i juice a lot when at home.....very healthy but then again you need somewhere to wash the greens..kale, spinach, lettuce, greens, etc...they are always packed with tons of dirt and crap...that would be the cheapest and healthiest way to take in a couple of meals a day but then again you need somewhere to wash and clean your juicer

Longer answer: You can use a small inverter, up to about 200W or so, depending on the truck. My Volvo powers the CB terminals through a 20A fuse. A great place to power an electric cooler, BTW. -
Where do you shop for the food that you cook. There are limited places to park at grocery stores.

i think you can get inverters that plug in now up to 800 watts.
then go to walmart and look at the electric burners just be sure and look at the watts its uses and get low wattage.
i have a old crock mabye 4 qt but i think it is smaller.
it will boil water and works great on my 550 power plug in inverter.
you can cook a lot of food in a crock pot -
On a grocery shopping day, as I'm planning my trip for the day, I'll estimate where I might want to take a 30 minute break or a 10 hour break, then use Google Maps to locate a Walmart or search generally for "grocery store" to see if there's a store that has truck parking. Use Street View to see the entrances, as some Walmarts have low clearance barriers and signs that say "No Trucks". Avoid those locations.Rocks Thanks this. -

I do the same...
If I have a trailer.... which is most of the time, I like to do my groceries very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, if I am running at night... It's easier to get in/out and park... and shop cause there are almost no customers in the store, no lines...
Today I don't have the trailer... left it at co. warehouse... will bobtail to Walmart nearby and do my weekly shopping... -
I was told many folks do it... But I have never seen it... I cook inside the truck, prepare everything on the bed - put a very thin board on top of it - and cook on the floor. Your dishes are always so colorful!
