Mike keyup/down "static" noise board

(Khhh!) Has anyone ever heard of a noise board that makes a momentary 'static' sound? (Khhhh!) (Khhhh!) something like this: (Khhhh!)

Nope, not looking for rubber duckie quack, donkey farts, yabba dabba doo's, clint eastwood, pee wee herman laugh, um....Garth brooks best, police siren (while you try to talk), just a simple 'key up' sound. Oh, and where to buy it. I forgot to mention that.

I don't think that the (Khhh!) sound is annoying as a high pitched 'fweep!' or beep that only dogs should be able to hear. A quick beep at the end is ok though. Long as its not too loud.
