IF, and only IF, you are running strictly interstates, it will serve you pretty well. When you exit off the superslab, you can't trust it.

Thats pretty much what I found with the garmin. so I bought the rand, not any better. WAY over priced for an inferior gps.

 

I hear ya, but I've had Garmin since GPS'S came out n had gf's that had brand X n they don't compare to the Garmin, however when I went for the " Truck" GPS I didn't expect miracles, I kinda figured that they could do the basic n that would probably be it n guess what I was right lol So I agree with you, but I still prefer Garmin over anything else. ( just wish they told ya if the coop was open)

the app doesn't work. it relies on human input. to which most times. it's a game and it's wrong.

BTW. samsung note 2, asus 10 inch tablet. copilot gps. THAT'S the best.

truckers tablet with igo i hear is also pretty good.

sygic is coming around. and is a really nice software. it has actuall mountains and cities, not just a colored line.
