You sure will. My trainee Brandon is 6'7" and 325lbs. He's sleeping quite nicely in the upper bunk

almost every truck has a college twin 38-42" wide
    85" long
guys much bigger then you drive every day
it isnt your calf king at the house but you can get comfortable
I am 6' 5" used to be 360 now 260 and I find it roomy

Of course most of my life was spent out to sea where the berths were considerably smaller

thanks guys I remember how well I slept when I was training at CR years ago especially since the trainer and I ran like a team. I just wanted to make sure they didn't shorten the bunk

It should be 80" long. Standard twin is 75".

Essentially, the truck mattresses are twin width and queen length, with the top bunk being a little narrower than the bottom.

Ditto what George said. You will have quality home time. You might be under a load at times, but the home time is there. If you are flexible and don't have to be home for a specific date or time, then it really works out. In the 18 months I'm here, I've had to be home twice for specific appointments, and they made sure I was there. A few times, I've been dispatched with a long load and was told they would repower the load to get me home, I told my DM that I'll run it and just change my home time for a few days later.

My 2 biggest concerns when I decided to come over here was home time and being productive when I come out of the house, 18 months later and they haven't been an issue. The issue that I have is they will run you, but that's the name of the game, right?
