I've used a group called Driver's Legal Plan you can look up on the web. Since you aren't already a part of their program it will cost you the full attorney's fee plus the cost of the actual ticket and court fees for them to take your case. If you fight it and win, they refund the cost of the ticket only and once you get on their plan, I believe every moving violation is $100 to fight and every accident is $250 to fight. I've had great luck with them so hopefully they can keep you rolling.

You didn't say what state you were in , doesn't really matter , I been seeing the " law" hiding amongst the barrells in several locations , and yep they been nailing a bunch of them, they even been getting guys where there are no barrells and say well you haven't passed the end construction sign yet so here's your ticket have a "nice" day , I also have seen these automated speed traps trip flash speed when I was approaching from a car who was flying up behind me , the speed guns generally are set to pick up the fastest thing in their range not nessisarly the closest or the largest , good luck , I hav beet a speed ticket once ,its hard to fight city hall so to speak.

Um, I'm curious how many times.......Ah, nevermind. -
How about a full name of this service, I'm interested in it myself for that kind of money. Thanks

What state did it happen in???

I don't know, this just don't sit right with me. I don't mean to single you out, orangepicker, but to get tickets reduced to an equipment violation is crazy. In 2.5 million miles, I never got 1 ticket (except stupid overweight), mostly because the trucks I drove years ago had a hard time going over the speed limit, but even still, just doesn't seem right. I know, welcome to the legal system.
