Yep , they figure a cdl holder is a " proffesional" and should know better , u do in fact have only one license, and cdl holders tend to get slammed harder regardless of what you were driving at the time , maybe that's why there is always a big push to " train " newbs ? To replace those lost to attrition, ?yep googled that word , its the correct one . It might be a , / little strong but , / I gonna leave it at that ,
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -

15 over is a serious violation without any regards to the vehicle you are in. Ever notice how your MVR only indicates infractions and not the type of vehicle you were driving? It is because it doesn't matter. Get a ticket for 16 over today in your car, and if you had one for 18 over on your motorcycle 2 1/2 years ago, you WILL be DQ'd for having 2 serious violation convictions within a 3 year period even though NONE of them were in a CMV.
You are SUPPOSED to be a professional. Act like it.Express12$ Thanks this. -
CHalk this up as hopefully a lessen learned.the fact remains was speeding thru a construction zone.NO load is that important is it?I would"not try and fight it.You may get it somewhat reduced but not by much and will still have points as well as an outstanding lawyer cost.
