School bus involved in crash, 1 student killed

drivers license???? what about a CDL???

 

He had a valid CDL, and experience. He was just new to the company. Or atleast that's what my friend Margaret called and told me..... her youngest son is in the same school district as the boy that got killed, only her son didn't know that boy thank goodness. She also told me it happened more or less in front of her uncles house, and that all the dump trucks that go around that crub ALWAYS go over the yellow line. She said she was suprised more dump trucks didn't hit more people head on etc. but added that there where ALOT of wrecks on the exact same curb, only usually four wheeler accidents.
The dump truck hit the school bus head on btw.

 

You will rarely see a comment concerning that.

The police reports do not usually list the difference. Consider that when an accident happens, they don't mention that the 4 wheeler had a driver's license with a motorcycle endorsemnt and etc.
