Us too! We have found a bunch of new pumpkin recipes to try. It was the first time we had found Pumpkin Spice candy corn .....a lot of flavor and very rich! I even make my dogs pumpkin dog treats. They love them and they are so much better for them ......but I have to hide them from Number Two Daughter or she will eat them all!
Where are you getting pumpkin donuts?????

In the truck stops! The TA and Petro stops with Dunkin Donuts has a lightly glazed pumpkin cake donut that is great. And pumpkin muffins. They go wonderfully with coffee and white chocolate raspberry creamer... my other seasonal splurge! I keep half my fridge filled with flavored coffee creamer LOL.
HometimeQueen Thanks this. -
oooooh! That sounds so good! We love the flavored coffee creamers, they are also our seasonal splurge. It is so sad that I live in the boonies as wulfman said. A local grocery store that has a bakery and deli makes pumpkin bread pudding this time of year.....it is sinful!
It isn't just the food, it's the fragrances too. The Harvest Spice candles and air fresheners.....I love the fall. It's my favorite time of year .....too bad it's followed by winter.....and snow.....and ice.... -
I will not swap trailers unless it has fuel. That stinks. Honeybadger is right you have some time before it runs out. Hope it works out I know it sucks to wait for road assist. Hope you make it home in time.Last edited: Sep 4, 2014

In Rochelle, Il. for the night still have same load even though it was supposed to pick up today but I can make on time delivery and that is all that really matters. Got out of Chicago once I started to hear gunshots. Messaged them to get me load info but they responded an hour and a half later. Thanks guys is my response. It was starting to get dark and the people a little sketchy didn't want to sleep on those streets for the night so I guess I do have an area that I won't park overnight.
Be safe out thereHometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this. -
I did not see it happen or the driver involved, only the aftermath. Rockwall yard yesterday afternoon:

Yeah, they really outa stop teaching that, teaching that a tug test does anything. Should instead just emphases to get out with a flashlight and inspect that it properly connected. There was a whole class of newbies out at the training range when I took that pic, hopeful they got some education from this example.jaso36, HometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this.

Sounds to me like a lazy driver as I thought it was part of the pre-trip to ensure the kingpin is locked in place.
