Its real slow in the winter when they havent hot oiled it. I just grab a newspaper and usually have it read by the time I get loaded.

Loading 50 gravity and above is also a slow process... not enough density for the pump blades to push against...

Working for Nabors all our oil is Conoco & considered Cindinsate & gravities in my areas run from 48 to 73 we do have a lot of H2S wells with Conoco but we don't the if or strap those wells we get a meter level & test & 20bbls for water or paraffin if it reads 2% or higher @ 20 bbls we call MSO & either wait or reject if it reads under 2% we test again @ 80bbls & split the diff for a BSW so far in 2 yrs here & haven't smelled egg smell like I did in ND but that's not to say there are none but Conoco wells so far no heavy H2S smells..some of our LACTs won't let us bring 55 or higher gravity because its harder on their equipment & can talk an hour+ to unload

Slow your pump down a little bit. That will allow the pump cavity and the rotor grooves to fill more completely.
-
yep that is what we do, idle it in, idle it off, still takes about 90 minutes to load and off load 210 bbls
-
Don't slow it down *that* much, just about 10%, or a couple hundred engine RPMs if your pump isn't hydraulically driven. Is your condensate really, really gassy?
-
even at idle, the pump will cavitate due to the gas content... and yes our pumps are hydraulically driven. Idle with PTO is 600 engine rpm.

The lease operator needs to get their separators and heater/treater working properly.
