I don't believe that for a minute..also knight steals payroll every week..every week having to call I to payroll is not accident...it's deliberate...there's a real good reason why they moved payroll out of the Phoenix terminal into a new corporate office on the north side of Phoenix... That by the way has no truck parking.

Waiting around for loads to be dispatched on was the hardest part for me. My averages were all over the place. Things are much more consistent with Wal~mart. Average 2400 miles a week, home two days, and payroll is always on time and double checked by our coordinators. Knight was a good place to get started and progress a bit. Like most carriers, they are in this to make money, not cater to all of the drivers needs.

Perhaps there is an individual or two that is trying to siphon off funds from payroll VS. the trucking company itself trying to cheat employees out of segments of their paychecks. It is something to think about.

Wow after 5 years I would not think that needed to be spelled out... he gets swing by his house every 3 days and do his 10 hour reset at his home I stead of in his truck some where... he also takes an extra 5 hours off.. 10 hour reset plus 5 extra hours at his own home...

Which is wny that is a pretty peachy account..

When you have 12 family members living in the house and 1/2 of them I can't stand, I only want to be home a short time. Just passed 25k miles so far for this quarter and I am trying for 35+ with at least .04 per mile bonus. This is why I take the small breaks.

12 people living in one house is a lot of people.

One is talking about living & breathing space, privacy, not to mention having access to the bathroom, along with the cost of food, utilities, (electric, gas, water, phone, internet), maintenance, repairs, and taxes.

Do they still have that ridiculous sliding scale pay? Where essentially, experience does'nt matter there. The more miles you run the less you make per mile. The less miles you run the more cents you make per mile. They got that slave labor down, over there boy.
