You do realize that you are on here wishing for swaps? :biggrin_2559: ....They do have their advantages at times!
On our way to pick up the King's truck. The turbo something or other went out on it. He nursed it home and put it in the shop while he was on home time.

HB first one here with an empty can take this load. Two reefer repairs on Friday, then refused on Saturday. Only getting 450 miles including deadhead from Atlanta to Knoxville. This load is voodooed. Glad to let it go.

I am glad that you had a good day, jaso, you've earned it. :biggrin_25519: My prayers are always that all of you are kept safe and have good miles!

Where are you headed to, sjm? I try to keep track of everyone and where they are going. If I see or hear of something I try to give you a heads up.....I don't know that it actually helps anyone but I try! The Cranky One calls me a little sheepdog because I herd everyone around and Panhandle Flash calls me a den mother .....around my place they just call me the Queen!:biggrin_2559: Let us know if we can help you.

Rockwall lot is packed with both trailers and bobtails. One of our esteemed colleagues dropped a trailer in the middle of the trailer lot. To him/her I guess there was no place else to put it. Probably the same kind of driver who shuts down for a 10 hour break in the middle of the truck stop isle.

There are more spots for trailers in back of the shop. I am sure they are for units going in for repair but I feel like it would be better to drop one there than in the middle of the lot, blocking the movement of many other trailers.

passport, I need technical advice. Number Two Daughter's laptop just went blank. It will power up, can hear the fan running, etc., but the screen is totally black. Any ideas?

try pressing F8 right when you first turn in on ... options should come up ... choice to run it in "Safe Mode".
Then restart .. sometimes that is enough to straighten it out.

    HometimeQueen Thanks this.

Thanks! I'll give it a try. It is several years old.....and I hope Santa doesn't have to add a new laptop to his list.:biggrin_2557:
