Good morning everyone!
Pete, are you still at home? When are you heading back to Cali? I've seen many posts about highways damaged there and in Nevada but don't know if they are any that would affect you.
honeybadger, be careful in West Memphis. There are always bad stories about the truck stops there.
The press releases are still talking about the protest on I 70 in St. Louis tomorrow. The only difference that I have seen is the time. Avoiding the area tomorrow after noon if at all possible would be the best course of action. George, it was really a blessing in disguise that your home time got pushed out a day.![]()

Remember when the only "bad" weather you had to worry about was strong winds in spring and fall and ice and snow in winter? Now we've got floods in Las Vegas...who knew.

In Dandridge, Tn. for the night. Delivery in Greenville, Sc. Tomorrow 0800. 150 miles left so will leave 0400. Like to give myself a cushion and I-40 is slow going for the next 50-60 miles.
jungho my wife works and yes she misses me but I am going home way more than before. A spouse has to be very independent to be married to an OTR driver as you well know. Life isn't easy for either. This should be one of my longer times out. I have also learned that if I go home Monday in NC my miles for the week do not suffer as if I go home Friday.
Cranky my Jets at the top of the AFC East will be short lived and I wouldn't bet anything on them.
Be safe out theregntorres61 and wulfman75 Thank this. -
My Colts got beat by Denver , still strange watching Peyton Manning playing against the Colts.
Andrew Luck did not have much " Luck " on Sunday.

OK guys got approved by Trans am, someone tell me how orientation is going to be. Thanks
HometimeQueen and jungHo Thank this. -
3 days of orientation then off the weekend then 4 days of backing on yard then out 7-11 days with coach(trainer). They will put the lease out there in a favorable light during those 4 days of backing. A lot of the experienced drivers during orientation will going lease but remember most fail and will not make the 6 months. The odds of you taking a lease full term is less than 5% keep that in mind. It will look very good and easy. Just remember do not lease no matter how easy they make it look. Learn on their dime. Like George wrote you can always go lease from company but can't go company from lease. Good luckHometimeQueen and dennisroc Thank this.
