    Just a guy that has been in this industry 30 years and have seen both sides of the fence

    He made the statement, "...perhaps I can help." Thus far, he hasn't indicated whether or not that 'help' will come in the form of a business proposition or just giving helpful advice. So, at this point, we're just watching to see which way he wants to go with it.

    If he wants to give helpful advice, that's what we're here for. On the other hand, if he tries to solicit business, he won't be here long. :biggrin_25525:

    Is the help including Chechnya mafia with baseball bats??? NO it does not.............
    Detention hours are almost impossible to collect , BECAUSE it turns into a he..said ..
    she said issue . 99.99999 % of the time there is absolutley NOTHING stated on
    the load confirmation sheet about detention , and when there is it again goes back
    to he said she said , I called in and told them...oh whom did you speak with, au some
    girl ... It s business you need to have date , time , name of individual you spoke with
    IN DISPATCH.. preferably the person you received the load from..... anything less ,
    and you east the delay time.....

    Now there's some useful advice....unless you can back it up (the detention agreement) with details that would survive an appearance in front of Judge Judy, you eat the detention. You can only hope that you weren't too miserable wherever it was you were sitting.
