Cummins ISX intermittent shut down issue...

We had one where there was a clear plastic wrap from a filter that someone deliberately put in the tank. Since it was clear it was almost impossible to see. Tanks are actually harder to see into than you think. You almost need one of video scopes to get right in there. The tank need to be empty too. Tanks with baffles add another layer of complexity because the object can float around and hide behind one so you can't it. Can be very trick, easy to miss. I am glad you got the Gremlin!!!

 

I have cummis 2003 I just shut down for few minutes then I restart truck did not start but when I spry quick starter it seems starting and loosing power then I just took off all relays them put them back try after while it started . can anyone help me out whats the problem cause I don't wanna stuck into road . im new in truck

 

I found some beer cans and some doctor pepper cans in a 9300 International once.

Maybe they made the filler hole on the tanks just a little big?
