I talked to a recruiter few months ago that was really rude. But i do like there trucks.
My worry now is gloucester va being so close to richmond/norfolk Ive been forced northeast too many times.
I have run as hard as i can just to eek out 1800 miles because half the northeast is 45 miles a hour.

Mostly prostars, Volvos, and a KW
What ever the recruiter tells you.
Keep looking. That is what any recruiter will promise you and of course the real results will vary greatly!
Navajo is a Jerry Moyes company and is kind of run like Swift. Look for Jerry Moyes to sell Navajo to Swift after Swift looses a few more accounts. (See Central Refrigerated as a example)
Navajo has a crappy record with the DOT:https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/SMS/Carrier/202381/CompleteProfile.aspx
That should be reason enough not to go near them. So if run like Swift, owned by Jerry Moyes, refrigerated freight, and crappy DOT scores why not just go to Swift? -
What did the recruiter do that was so rude ? If you don't mind sharing. I think being a recruiter would suck. You probably answer the same questions day after day but still no excuse to be rude.
I think all the trucking websites should have all the information drivers are looking for posted on their website.
A list of FAQ's that they know everyone will ask , no BS just be up front with all the info. Sure would save everyone a lot of time

She was very sarcastic with her answers to my questions of hometime trucks transmissions. Couple times she told me to call back was to busy to deal with my bullhhhh. Literally said that.
Idk they were a swift replica. I tried abilene. Do some research there website is ole skool.dennisroc Thanks this. -
I believe mr digby still owns navajo.
never heard about swift buying them out. -
Last I'd heard Swift only bought the dry freight portion of Navajo.123456 Thanks this.

Swift has nothing to do with navajo. Don digby still owns it. All the top people are family of his.We had there trailers in our lot on a storage basis only. Dry side of navajo is digby written on trailers. I get so tired of drivers coming up to me asking if swift owns us in truck stops. I dont know where you heard about us having prostars since we may have 10 total and about the same amount of volvos. As i mentioned 90 percent of fleet is kw 660s or 680s

Well at one time, they DID sell their dry van division to Swift.
And they sold their LTL division to Old Dominion.
But that was maybe 20 years ago....
thats where the rumors come from
