i would say the reason to skip the tolls is to be not time stamped 7 more times a day if you are on paper

Well, depends. 1st, there's a scale on 41 just south of the state line and NB on 41 S. of 173(still there?)and were always open during the day. If it's at night, 41 isn't too bad, I've seen a lot of accidents on 41. Coming out of Kenosha, you can take 32, if you are going somewhere on the lake, but for the most part, just take the tollway, believe me, you can relax and it's a lot easier on the equipment.

Just have the company get an EZpass or some other toll transponder - let them deal with the charges and go through the EZ lanes. If they don't want to, tell them you will expect petty cash daily for the tolls.
When a driver is trying to find a solution to a problem that really is all about managing and money, then any solution may not be good for the driver because managers are not drivers and don't understand what it takes to actually drive safe while delivering to a customer. -
