    I just didn't expect it from him, he was referred by my friend. And, now he just turned off his phone. I didn't hold any deposit money, because had no idea, he would do it. I trusted him. I gave him the trailer, fuel. And he just disappeared.
    I am still looking for a dialogue with him. Doesn't seem to be working.

    Seriously, call a lawyer and law enforcement. Nobody on here can give you better advice than PROFESSIONALS! I'm not sure from your posts that you have any criminal complaint but it sounds like you for sure need to sue this guy but I'm not a lawyer so take my advice at your own peril!
