I don’t think silver dollar was trying to imply you didn’t. Most people call a pick-up truck a truck so I thing he was just asking for clarification as he must be stupid for putting dyed fuel in his semi trucks tank.

you may of handled it well, but if everyone handled it your way, the thief would never stop. has to be made example of.

Since you know who he is.....pretend you need something shipped paying good $$ and have him dead head 2-3 hundred miles to a vacant lot.

You handled it right. Beating up someone your going to get arrested for assault. Much worse crime then theft. I watched a guy at Jubitz pull into a fuel island before some other guy who was actually going the wrong way. He got out and wanted the guy to move. Then he hit him. The other guy did not fight back and covered up and other drivers told him to leave him alone. The cops showed up and I gave a statement. He was arrested and his truck/trailer towed to the impound lot.

Bottom line, you can't attack ANYONE other then to defend yourself with....REASONABLE force.
