Was running fine, I made a turn and all of a sudden lost most of my boost, started smoking like it was on fire. I keep climbing gears and around 6th or 7th gear full boost returns and runs fine. So I set the cruise and a couple miles down the road trying to pull a slight hill it does the same, I can hear a VERY faint turbo whistle and smokes so bad I can't see my trailer then it does the same thing, all of a sudden full boost returns.

Few more miles down the road I completely lost boost and it didn't come back.

I dumped my load of coal and took it to the shop and put fuel in it, started it back up and still no better.

    EGR is unplugged.

Also, I've checked the fins of the turbo, they're good, the bearings spin freely, there is no play in the shaft of the turbo, and the actuator moves freely.

There are no holes in the boots
