Bunniie Trans Am won't let him go once he is cleared they will take him back. He doesn't have to lease to come back unless he already signed the lease paperwork but if he was company that is what he will come back as. Good luck

Good evening everyone! It has been a long and busy busy day. It seems like everyone decides to call or come by at once.
passport, what a lovely home! You did good! It looks like you have a nice size yard.
Bunnie, I don't think that you and your husband need to worry overly much. I believe TransAm will stand by their word. I did have a friend last year with TransAm that had a health situation within the first week that he was out in his own truck. He went through orientation, out with his trainer, was issued the truck and within that first week the air conditioning went out on his truck in the middle of the summer. He ended up becoming dehydrated and ended up in the hospital. The real health concern was that he was a transplant patient. TransAm insisted that he return home to recuperate and get a release from his transplant specialist before he returned to work. I forget the time frame, but it was much longer than 10 days, almost two months if I remember correctly. TransAm stood by their word and offered him his job back.
So I agree with George, I believe you will be okay. I will also add you and your husband to my prayers for a speedy recovery and a good outcome with TransAm. You are welcome here anytime and we will all pitch in to answer any questions that you may have.dennisroc, gntorres61 and .honeybadger. Thank this. -
do you think HTQ
1 knows everything
2 is a busybody
3 a lil of both
whatever it is apparently we need all the help we can get
Panhandle flash and dennisroc Thank this. -
passport ....The King and jaso are in agreement about allowing brokers to track your personal phone. Most of the brokers that his company deals with are pretty good .....but you always have one or two that are a real pain and sound like the stereotypical used car salesman on the phone. My feeling is that if the company wants to allow brokers to do that then they need to supply the phone for it.

I vote number 3!
A lil of both! Why do you think even the police chief has called to ask me to research something for him?? Admit it ....you'd miss me if I wasn't here to give my opinion! Did I ever tell you that I am a genealogist .......and that we are probably related way back somewhere in time? So that explains a lot ......the busybody, opinionated thing .....runs in the family!
And ....it ain't nice to be mean to the Queen!
dennisroc Thanks this. -
If only I could figure out a way to get paid for all of my busybodyness ......I would be sooooooo rich!
dennisroc, jungHo and gntorres61 Thank this. -
Bunnie, George (Torres) is my husband. He has had a few rough patches along the way. TA has been good to him. I also will be praying for your significant other. Keep in mind that we live in a society where people sue companies and others at the drop of a hat. I'd like to think that, first, TA wants him to be healthy/there are also many DOT regulations that mandate as much. Also, they have to avoid things becoming intensified, and in the long run any potential lawsuits. I believe, once he gets a release from the doctor to return to work, TA will take him back. Best of luck to you both!
Nice house, passport! Thanks for sharing pictures of it. Ya know how we are: Enquiring minds wanna know!!! LOL!! You did good.
HTQ, you know you love chaos, don't you? George and I have had a pretty nice day. We went to a movie,"This is Where I Leave You," did a little shopping, and out to eat. Good movie, though a bit of language and somewhat shady morals. It was funny too. Be safe, y'all. Gamma?Last edited: Oct 4, 2014

There were three men on a hill with their watches. The first man threw his watch down the hill and it broke. The second man threw his watch down the hill and it broke. The third man threw his watch down the hill and walked all the way to the bottom and caught it.
The other two were puzzled and asked the third man how he did it.
The third man said, "Easy, my watch is 5 minutes slow!!"
