I'm getting ready for trucking career and curious about black lists. How do you keep track of bad locations? Do you share your black lists with other drivers? Do you care about black lists of other drivers? Appreciate your answers.

Wish I knew.
-
What do you mean?
-
I assume he's talking about shippers and receivers who are Chinese-style communist-capitalists.
Walmart probably tops the list... -
I have only been black listed twice and both were Wal mart DC's and was because I refused to "No Idle."
-
Are you saying that rule of thumb is - big companies/distribution centers/warehouses are generally bad shippers/receivers?
-
Being a new driver and driving a company truck you go were they tell you to. When you gain experience you will be able to move on to a company that goes places you like or don't mind. Most places aren't to bad if you have a good attitude. Just roll with the punches and it will all work out in the end. Good Luck!
Konrad Po and gntorres61 Thank this. -
You aint behind the wheel yet and you already have the super trucker attitude ? Then trucking might not be good for you. What one driver might not like, the other will. Here's a tip, You always take the good with the bad or the company you drive for might black list YOU !!!! Unless you have a bank roll "Dont be choosey". I must be getting old, I never heard it said that way before...."Black listed"....
rollin coal and Konrad Po Thank this. -
what is black listed?
-
What I meant by "black listed" is when you come to shipper/receiver, spend there 10hrs waiting and never come back again no matter what.
