New? Whichever local dealership is better...
-
Pinnacle sleeper is a closet compared to the prostar. Pinnacle steers way easier though.

Once you go mack you never go back
Daniel55645 Thanks this. -
Love the macks not to offend anyone but internationals are really not that great imo yes i have drove both
-
I agree with that for sure. Love Mack.
I've never driving International, so I can't give a valid opinion on them, but I've always heard they weren't good trucks to drive. -
DY gave you the best advice. As long as the Prostar doesn't have a maxxforce engine, whichever local dealer is better and has a quicker turn around time.

I'd go for the Mack also, I drove a 2013 and loved it. Good power and held up well. I'd say if you got a Mack dealership near buy go for it. I also loved there 12 speed autoshift, it's the same one used in the volvo's.

Mack is a strong truck. Back in '77 I learned how to drive in a '47 Mack, in an oilfield operation, so evidently they hold up good.

sounds like the company I work for. I drive a 1995 Mack CH where I work right now.
