    I agree, I worked for stevens and I will give them that. In their training they do stress to get out and look when backing.

    I had one instance where I backed into a car when I first started driving commercially. In over 7 years since, I have never had a problem. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I can see the companies point. If you have only been driving less than 1 year, and you are having multiple incidents, they are probably worried that you are going to make them look bad. I mean after all, you are representing their company. I guess I just don't understand why so many people have a problem with hitting things while they're backing. I did it once and learned from my mistake.
