If you been in prison for quite a few years and just got released this company could be a good fit.

Depending on what part of the truck you are looking at will determine it's year. I had a 96 frame, 94 hood, 01 fairings, 98 cab, and a 95 sleeper.

They are getting rid of the T600's very slowly. I think they are transitioning to the T680 as the T660 will end production next year or in 16. I an tell you that the rider an pet policy stuff is right, but the no ######## about hometime? Now that is the lie! Start pay is around .26-.28cpm.

I know these people real well.. You will be exploited. Everyone says they care, but thats a lye! Dont buy that crap.. They havent given a raise in going on over 8 yrs. They prey on truck driver schools grads, because no one in their right mind would ever drive for them.. Im out of the Industry.. Long time coming, but still know folks that work there in non- driving jobs there. They have 2 people there are doing the Jimmy Golden to the Company.. They are two of the main reason there are no raises, or benefits worth a #### there... As for my oppinion, the whole Industry is crap... But these guys are at the bottom of the sewage pool..

    Ok...:biggrin_25525: Mr. Editor.. Ok..

jimmy golden owned his own company and shut down owning everybody money, I know a guy who had some trucks on with him and from what I can remember never did get his money, I haven't thought about jimmy golden in years, but there are a couple of guys who live in my hometown who drive for sanders and drive new kw trucks, I talked to one of them and he has been there for a long time and has no complaints with them, there is no perfect job or company.

Theres some truth but also mis information in this. I went from a 63mph company to a 78mph company, my cent per mile pay is technically lower, but I went from grossing usually 800-1,000 a week to usually some where around 1300-1500. I think that a good company will offer a well rounded pay scale and pay for other things than just CPM, so while I have friends that stay at my previous employer making 6 CPM more than me, I'm laughing all the way to the bank getting lay overs every night, drop and hook pay, stop pay for every stop, reimbursed motels, etc.

QUOTE="Trucki, post: 3993220, member: 133309"]Heard a Wiley Sanders Driver/Recruiter talk today and really liked how he said it was there, but was wondering if anyone else had thoughts.

He said that Wiley Sanders has no Idle Policy so you can idle your truck anytime while asleep and what not, said that their trucks are governed at 72, that they have no charge for Riders, and no charge for pets, just that you replaced anything that was torn up.

He also said that they don't force you to stay out and don't whine about you being home, that you choose when and how long you'll be home.[/QUOTE]
I'm a driver trainer at WSTL and this company by far is the best company I have driven for. I've been here a year and a half and I love it. The pay isn't the imdustries highest but I'm not complaining. They are a company of 500 trucks and yes we have older KW's but by 2016 we will have a new company fleet of KW T660's and KW T680's along with a handful of International Lonestars. We are governed at 72mph and on e logs. This company has treated me like family not a number since day one. They get you home when you want if not a day before. Yes our CSA score wasn't the greatest but has improved tremendously. I started with Schneider then to CFI (Conway) and was not pleased with eitherof those. I live in Northeast Alabama and drive 3 hours back and forth every two weeks to Troy and back. If you want a good down home family company that will treat you good as gold come to Wiley .
