    At Wally World here in Corrine, UT and noticed a Jim Palmer truck pulling a Henderson Trucking trailer.

    When a company with 400 trucks "joins" a company with 5000 trucks it's a takeover. The owners of Henderson I'm sure preferred it to be called a partnership because they are staying involved in the company but they are basically just Prime employees now just like all their drivers are.

    Actually all that happened is Henderson leased to prime to pull prime freight just as will trans is no different than a single o/o leasing onto a large company
