Thank you so much Towdriver .First of all sorry i could not reply earlier as i was away. First thing i did not take the truck to a freightliner dealer shop as they just want the truck to be dropped off at the shop and they will only take a look when they get a chance. I am talking about the Golden Gate Freightliner here in Oakland California. Those who has been there knows about it . I am a local driver so i cant afford to leave the truck there for a week unless i really have to . Well the problem started the very next day after i had the oil changed at a local oil change place for trucks . i took it to a local mechanic and he first said may be the sensors and he also changed the oil pressure gauge too but still the same problem. I will check for the bypass valve and see if it was broken during oil change . The guy who changed the oil uses Fleetguard filters which he used but i had him change to the original Detroit filter after the problem started which i bought from the dealer myself but did not help.i will let you know after i check for the missing bypass valve . Meanwhile any more ideas and suggestionns are really appreciated . thank you again Towdriver.

I'm having the same issue with my DD15 as bayhauler had. I've changed sensors as well, was there any cause that was diagnosed that caused this issue? If u can help that would be thankful..

Most likely it's the orings on the oil tubes in the pan....seen it many, many times. The orings become hard & brittle and oil psi dropping is a sure-fire symptom of this. Detroit needs to figure out a remedy quick, or maybe they have since I quit wrenching last year??

Thxx much, I'll make sure to address that when I take to the shop..

How did I fix your problem I'm currently have the same issue
-
Why dont you guys say how problem was fixed
mhyn Thanks this. -
I got my fixed. It was O rings on oil pump. Cost me $1300 whit new oil and filter.

Most of the time the low oil psi on the DD engines is from the o-rings on the tubes from the pick up to the pump. I have seen a corroded sensor only throw a fault code only once with a stop engine light. It can be bearings, but it's not as common. The o-rings are simple to check when the pan is dropped.
mlefler Thanks this. -
I had the same problem at 495,000 miles when I Come to a Full stop quickly all check engine come on oil pressure drops to zero for about five seconds and then it goes back to normal another thing when I was driving 70mph my oil pressure show 39 psi and after I changed o rings now it's about 51 PSI so if you have same simeptomes all you have to do is to buy 4 o rings find a shop that can chang them deale shep in Portland, OR told me 800$ to do it but I done it at my homeshop it took them around 6 hours to do it plus I chenged sucking tub jest in case it was 120$ extra but mexanik said I didn't had to. One more ting I went 2000 miles with this problem until I came home oil pressure dropped 3 times during that what I did I coma to a stop slowly so don't panic it's not a big problem. Жека..

That sounds exactly like bad o-rings on the oil pickup tubes. I had those exact symptoms and that is what the problem turned out to be. I understand it is a common problem on DD15's when they get a little age on them. I'm sorry to say it was not a cheap fix either. It's been a while but I think it was around $1700 or thereabouts (I had a warranty that covered it). They have to drop the oil pan and pull the oil pump. I had them go ahead and replace my oil pump while they were in there. I haven't had any oil problems since.
