Yeah this load pays good mostly because st George Utah has a non existent freight market. Could have probably waited for a better paying load out of vegas but saw that good run out of San Jose ca so booked a break even at best load to get me over there.

stevep1977 Thanks this. -
Plugging away off into the North East.. My plans to head home got derailed because of my choice to run some other loads first. Will try harder to head home next week..lol.
trucker43, TennMan, rickybobby and 1 other person Thank this. -
I know this will probably sound like a dumb question but here goes. Please explain to me how this 65% works as far as pay to the truck. The amounts (ie $5000,$2.00mi.) for a week are you getting 100% of these amounts or only 65%? The reason I'm asking is I'm thinking about bring my own truck over to SNI but just want understand first, uno?
-
What the load board shows is what is paid to the truck. So if it shows 1.70 per mile then that's whats paid AFTER the 65% has come out.. so what the board shows is what you take home for the load.
At least this is how it was explained to me.. We need a but button for this question tho. It gets asked alot lol.trucker43 Thanks this. -
From my understanding you get 65% of the load. If the load pays $1000 to Schneider you get 65% of that.trucker43 Thanks this.

When people on here post their revenue for the week, that is what they are getting to the truck... ie the 65%.... We never see what the 100% amount is on the load board, but you can figure out the math.... On my these when I say I made revenue of $3300 in the days that's the 65% that I made to the truck....
-
All the above is correct! Sorry I been busy making that 65% as much as I can for Christmas.. lol,
Usually I and others will refer to the money which is 65% of the load as the total revenue to the truck (65% already calculated) because, with SNI we don't have to do the math. What the load board says as the load amount is what we get paid. Unlike other company's that do similar as "choice" you have to calculate and take out for the company's share so you know what your getting paid etc..Last edited: Nov 5, 2014
