My friend and I are currently in trucking school to obtain our Class A CDLs. We have the following endorsements: HAZMAT, Doubles/Triples, Tanker and Airbrake. My friend is also obtaining School Bus/Passenger endorsement.
We are both looking to Drive as a Team. We applied for Scheider, however our recruiter has noted that my friend had a recent accident where he rear ended another car with his personal vehicle back in June of this year. Due to this accident, he will not be able to apply to Schneider for 5 years. I have a decent driving record, last accident was 12/2013, however no other cars were involved. Additionally, I was rear-ended by another car back in 4/2011. No felonies, or alcohol/drug crimes.
We are willing to travel, OTR, Regional, etc.
Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
