    You do not have to work both days. If you are scheduled to work both, but take a scheduled day off, you get paid the weekend rate for the day you worked(Saturday). We do this often on the last day of the work week if it is Sunday and the driver schedules off. The coordinator or OPS mgr will update the calendar.

    Your DC needs to pay you correctly. If you aren't getting what you deserve, they need to fix that.

    I've worked for two DCs. They both paid this way.
