Around the Houston area gas is running $2.25 -$2.45. In the Dallas area it is running $2.55 -$2.60. Get it while you can. Diesel is running $3.25 -$3.35.

2.59 gal. Flying J Lubbock Tx.

Still over $3.00 here but we have a fuel saver card from Hyvee.Certain groceries knocks off a few cents per gallon at Casey's and hyvee station.

We small guys get to pay the high prices because the mega fleets get the fuel way cheaper and we get stuck paying the difference.

Austin Texas is below $2.50 gal. We buy our gas at Costco right now at $2.56.....nice
oh BTW, I think oil will drop even further. It popped up a tad recently but don't be surprised if it drops to below $60 barrel. Could we see diesel below $3.?? Could well be. -
If oil get below $60 it won't matter how much diesel is because you won't have any work, if the oil patch slows down too much we will have a lot of trucks fighting for less freight. Sorry, I like $100 oil and $4.00 diesel, at least then I have the $4.00, $2.00 diesel and fighting over cheap freight don't work.ShortBusKid Thanks this.

I still think thats too much to pay. $1.59 should be about right.
