Same idea of an H Pattern but the use of the clutch is different and having to raise the rpm of the engine while downshifting is also different

There are many videos on youtube on shifting the different types of gear setups. The most common is 13-speed but you can find some with less ore more going up to 18-speed transmissions.

Get your Benjamin, Charlie. It's not that hard. If you've been driving standard cars you already know to listen to the engine. Double clutching is easy and you'll get it down and eventually float the gears like most of us.
