Hi guys!
My name is Ty Augustine and I am the Recruiter for Green Energy Oilfield Services located here in beautiful South Texas. We are looking to hire roughly 15-20+ additional drivers for our Three Rivers Yard, and 10+ for our yards in Marquez, Asherton, Gonzales and Fairfield. We have experienced a pretty significant uptick in work and we're are looking to staff up for the increased production. Pay starts at $20 an hour and moves up depending on applicable experience. We are looking for 2 years of driving experience, it does not have to be oilfield related. We are willing to train. We offer on site housing at no cost to you. We also offer a $3 per hour worked housing stipend, should you choose to live off site. Say, if you had your own travel trailer and chose to live in it, to help offset some of the expense incurred in doing so. Our drivers work a 4 on 2 off schedule, although with our current workload the majority of our drivers are working 5 and 1 for the extra hours. Our drivers average 50-70 hours per week, and this is consistent. No feast or famine work weeks. We haul production water primarily, with some service work on location here and there. Mostly, transferring fluids on location, emptying containment's and the like. No rig clean ups, etc, etc. And the good thing about hauling production water, it doesn't slow down with the weather. Wells are always producing, and water always has to be hauled to disposal. We offer full Medical, Vision and Dental benefits. Drivers are paid weekly(Every Friday).
I would like to add that I, as well as the company, are pretty straight shooters. We're not going to lure you in with all manner of hollow promises. If we say we are going to do something, we do just that. We will NEVER ask/persuade/coerce/demand/extort you to work over your allotted D.O.T. hours or run multiple log books. Neither of us have anything to gain by doing so. We take all steps we can ensure that our drivers remain satisfied with their employment with us. This also a part of my job as Recruiter, to retain our employees.
There you have it. Up front and honest.
Please, if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or are interested in coming to work with us, do not hesitate to contact me. You can do so here on the boards, PM's, email, texts, or give me a call.
I will always be honest and forthright.
You may reach me at: TAugustine AT greenenergyoifieldservices DOT com or my cell at NINE ZERO THREE - 644 - 55ONESIX (Have to do it like that so the spambots don't attack my inbox.)
Thank you all so much for taking the time to read all that, and hopefully you decide to come and work with us and make some money.
Take care,
Ty Augustine

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I wish I had the experience for this. I'd be all over this right now. I'm only 2 hours away and this is a dream job for me. LOL

What benefits does your company offer? Medical, dental, 401(k)? Is overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked per 7 day week? How long is each work day? Fixed or rotating shifts? Slip seating?
-
Great questions Windsmith.
We offer Medical, Vision, Dental insurance. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked per 7 days. Work day is going to be 12-15 hours. Fixed shifts. Technically it would be considered slip seating, but you're really just hopping in a truck that the previous shift drove after they post trip it.
and Evoevo, I lack sufficient posts to reply to your PM. If you'll PM your email address, I'll shoot you my reply.
Thanks for your interest, guys. Keep it coming!brown269 Thanks this. -
Would you cover re-location expenses? And the housing is free for me and my wife?

would you consider hiring a non experienced driver? I have been around rigs, and rig yards since i was a small boy some 4 decades ago. i have held a class b for approx 2.5 years. i have great mechanical skills, and have worked in the shop at our local ISD for past year and half, troubleshooting and maintaining cummins, cat, gmc, freightliner international units.
my otr experience is driving motor coach only, and it was brief during the summer of 2013. -
Is this job offer still available? I have 1 year experience of doing that type of work. I know it's not 2 but I just wanted to try... I was working in the Big lake area for 1 year, it slowed down so I lost my job.
