I don't know either; Obama said there are 57 states or was it 58 states..

"... it is just wonderful to be back in Oregon, and over the last 15 months we've traveled to every corner of the United States. I've now been in fifty .... seven states? I think one left to go. One left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit but my staff would not justify it."

Good for you; stick to it! Don't sign for any mail and don't authorize anyone else to. Don't send even one penny or the 7 years starts over.

Yea, sure China. Maybe, just maybe if we are lucky he owes that money to some company that employees truck drivers or other hard working Americans. That company can now fire or lay off employees because they are not collecting on their bills from customers because they are using the magical 7 year dodge. Yea, shoot, score win.

Not really, those cases are already figured in to a companies business plan. One example is; I know a couple people that own those "buy here, pay here" used car lots. The down payment you make is what they paid for the car; the weekly/monthly payments are all profit. It's a good business plan for the car lot. If you make even one payment, the car lot has already made a profit off that car. Sometimes they repossess the same cars over and over and re-sell them over and over. Just one car they bought at auction for maybe $500.00 can generate thousands and thousands of dollars in profit.
That 7 year plan is not often used, but in some cases when someone is really backed into a corner with no way out it works; that's why is was designed by lawmakers and approved by politicians. The debt has already been written off by the business and they collected on it from debt collection agencies who purchased the debt from the business in hopes of collecting on it and making a huge profit not unlike the "buy here, pay here" used car lot. I don't judge people that use the 7 yr. plan, because people just have to deal with the hand they're dealt in life.
