Fine ...you do as you see fit jabber....I don't have any skin in this game. just trying to give the advice that I really think would help. But one thing is for certain my friend..you keep finding excuses and trying to justify why you shouldn't do anything but whine about the spot you're in ....then its guaranteed you'll not find a better place to work....Good luck...TTTD

the company doesn't exist anymore, so that was impossible
i'm hearing this third-hand this is what all he told me -
...are these the same people who drive 60-65-70 in California? i'll bet so. just because they do it doesn't make it right.
isn't Idling illegal in WA (for some reason)
and for the 4th time...i'm asking for other people as well, stop putting me on trial -
but but but that is what the driver in the TS said
HotH2o, ramblingman and Jimmbuds Thank this. -
At 24 years old,if the OP does not follow this advice,he is in for a very long and miserable life.HotH2o, ramblingman, skootertrashr6 and 2 others Thank this.

Umm...if u dont, you will die. Will u care about your record then?
If u choose to please your company, your only option is sleeping bag for cold weather, blankets, thermal clothing. Tons or heat shaker packs. Stay in motel and take tax right off. Really common sense. -
You are asking for other people also, but it seems you are argumentative on every suggestion put forth. I think you are confused and you are really asking for your own self. Just my opinion.....

You can prove employment with a W-2.
My suggestion would be to idle as necessary until you get a warning from the company. Then start looking for another company.
In many cases drivers allow themselves to be taken advantage off. I know I let my company put me in some uncomfortable spots in my first year because I didn't stand up for myself. Now I tell my company what I am going to do to keep myself and their equipment safe.texasbbqbest Thanks this. -

There stay warm just make dang sure you got plenty of ventilation and keep it away from anything flammable.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
I keep one just incase myself -
you sir have put yourself on trial by coming on this fine driver's forum and asking for advice from the thousands of drivers that read and thus reply to your question. No need to come on here and not expect to be flamed and given appropriate suggestions that run the spectrum. most of us replying to you have many years worth of combined experience and you sir willingly asked us for our advice.
I do not get the younger generation of driver. They ask for help and then become sensitive and lacking in a pair when inundated with solutions.
You can follow all of the advice or none of it but do not get all sensitive expecting to be coddled but not-
