Trans Am Still

In rest area on 75 north of Atlanta. A little over 1300 to go. Hope to be in Mo. tomorrow.

Jungho I like to start around midnight or 0100. Should be there in a day or two. My wife rode with me in the beginning and drove more in the day then. Paperlogs are the best but on e-logs night driving means more miles. Might be able to keep my streak of 3200 mile weeks going. Will be tough this week but we will see.

Jay leasing will be tempting but it isn't easy and most fail real quick. Safe travels. See you next Wed.

Was close enough. Delivered in Erie and Cleveland. And Jaso, we can't be talking about paper logs. lol

 

Be sure to enjoy yourself when you are in the land of no snow George, we are looking at high 70's low 80's for your visit on Saturday. Almost like you are being welcomed by the weather, best bottle it and take it back north when you head back to the snow.

And Jay please don't give the Cranky one any reason to say he is right anytime soon, been seeing that all to much lately, though some of it is starting to making me wonder if he truely is the crotchety old man as his name says or not. But I truely wish you good luck at orientation and further down the road when you solo.

TransAm giveth, TransAm taketh away. Just got a swap for my 3 dropper so no Baton Rouge, Montgomery, or Plant City Florida. Get left with an empty. And wait for my next pickup. I realize I am a mere pawn as a company driver. Pretty much gotta do what the planners want. Still not worth it to be a lease driver. Too much inherent risk. Oh well, might as well get a nap. Uy vey.

 

Great first day really enjoying orientation. They are also pushing lease I'm the only guy so far who is doing company after training

 

Sorry George, now I feel like I jinked ya by letting you know that it was supposed to be nice when you should have arrived

 

Me and my empty have an open window pickup at IBP in Rogers AR between Midnight tonite and 9am Friday morning. Just 120 miles away going to Washington Courthouse Ohio due Saturday afternoon. The run is not bad but the open window for pickup is the killer. Gotta take it. I signed up for company driver. Told DM1 to leave DM2 a note not.to give me any more long runs when the planners are going to keep taking them from me.

 

In Kingdom City not as far as I wanted to make it but too much traffic. Should be different tomorrow as I will be up and running way earlier. 0300 start still late for me but getting there. Hoping to be in Limon tomorrow night.
