I am going for orientation on Monday. I wanted to try and get a couple things figured out before I go. I was curious about the .02 cents bonus pay. Does this actually add up to a decent amount? If it is quarterly then this is every three months, is this for every mile including your team drivers miles? When I tried to add it up for a average of 2500 miles a week for one driver it would be a extra $600 every three months or with the teams miles would it be a extra $1200 every three months? Is it realistic to expect this or do you have to get lucky to get this bonus? They say you are promised at least $700 a week after training. What is a realistic figure if you are driving good miles every week? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Plz keep in touch, or I will try to see if you post. I had to miss monday due to family court and could not graduate Weds. Take my driving test Saturday. Im also looking into Werner because their tuition reimbursement program is better.I'ma cummins Thanks this.

If tuition reimbursement is your reason for considering Werner "WADE" I pray for you. Yeah enjoy those extra dollars compaired to covenants $150 a month for tuition. You can use that extra money for when you're starving for lame paycheck. Just Saying bro. I'd be more worried with what is going to actually PAY me better weekly. If this came off rude it wasn't intended. Cummins stay tuned my next post is for you.
I'ma cummins Thanks this. -
No, that's not my only reason, that's just part of it. Covenant gives you 7500 after 5 years of employment vs Werners kicking in 750 two times to the principal in a year. I know I need to put miles down the road to make the money. My goal is to get back to what I was making at the Sheriff's Offic (16-1800 every two weeks after taxes) ASAP. Didn't take it as rude. All good.

An honest answer on how much you can expect to make is that it can vary from week to week. One week you can be like I hate this company. The next you can be like Jove this company. For the sake of averages expect to average between 800 to 1100 a week. But there will be more than a few weeks where you bring home a 600 dollar pay check. (The company pays the difference to bring it up to 700 dollars but you won't see it until the next week's pay check) For instance if you received a 400 dollar pay check. Next week they would add the other 300 dollars to whatever your next week's check is. So a crappy week can turn into an awesome week next week especially if you ran great miles that week. As far as your safety bonus it will be anywhere between 400-600 depends on you and how you run and work the systemI'ma cummins Thanks this.

Let me ask this. What kind of taxes is it with covenant. W2? 10-99?. And when you say 700 does that mean after taxes?
Also, how long does it take to get insurance with covenant? I probably should have cleared these up. But I'm pretty happy regardless to get a chance to drive for them. Thanks in advance
